There comes a moment in every healing journey when we begin to see it.

We start to notice the things we used to ignore. You know, like the patterns, the habits, the ways we shrink or self-sabotage or show up for everyone but ourselves.
We recognize the stories we’ve been living inside of.
We hear the voice of self-doubt a little more clearly.
We begin to wake up.

And that moment of awareness? It’s beautiful. Sacred, even. Go ahead and truly enjoy it. 
But let me be real with you:
Awareness alone isn’t where the transformation happens.

It’s what you do next that changes everything.

Awareness is a Wake-Up Call and It’s Not the Whole Journey

So many of us stop at the noticing. I spent quite a bit of time at this stage to be perfectly honest. 

“I see the pattern.”
“I know I keep overgiving or withdrawing.”
“I realize I’m not honouring my energy.”

But then we keep choosing the same things.
The same relationships.
The same routines.
The same versions of ourselves that no longer fit.

Not because we want to stay stuck… but because it’s familiar.
Because shifting feels uncertain. Vulnerable. Scary.

So we stay in the awareness zone.
We know what’s not working.
But we hesitate to change it.

And if we’re not careful, awareness becomes a holding pattern instead of a launching point.

The Choice Point: Where Your Power Lives

There’s a sacred moment between the noticing and the doing.
A powerful fork in the road where we get to ask:

Now that I see it… what do I choose?

This is called the choice point.
It’s the moment when awareness meets intention.
When you stop analyzing the pattern and start interrupting it.
When you stop accepting what’s misaligned and start deciding what feels like truth.

It’s the moment when you take your power back.
It’s the moment when your story begins to shift.

You’re Allowed to Choose Again—Every Single Day

Here’s the truth, beautiful soul:

You are not here to stay stuck in the same loop.
You are not here to keep betraying yourself for the sake of comfort.
You are not here to just see the map. You are here to take the journey.

You can know better and still stay the same…
Or you can know better—and become different.

That doesn’t mean huge, sweeping change overnight.
Sometimes, it starts with one small act of self-honouring.
A boundary.
A pause.
A truth spoken out loud.

Because aligned transformation isn’t about doing it all.
It’s about doing the right thing, for you.

What’s one small choice I can make today that aligns with the version of me I’m becoming?

Let Your Awareness Lead the Way—But Let Your Choices Take You Somewhere New

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to take the next aligned step.
And then the next.
And then the next.

Awareness is the light switch.
But action is what moves you forward.
And intention is what makes it soulful.

So here’s your nudge for the week:
Don’t just see the pattern.
Interrupt it.
Don’t just notice what’s not aligned.
Choose what is.
Don’t just recognize who you’ve been.
Become who you’re here to be.

Because that version of you?
She’s waiting.
And she’s ready.
